HIS FAMILY ALWAYS CALL ME HIS EX’S NAME!!

Hey guys so me and my bf are both 20 and have been together for about 1 year and 4 months. His previous relationship lasted 2 years.

Every time we go to one of his family parties or events, different people in his family always call me his exes name. It didn’t bother me much at first because everyone makes mistakes but it has now happened about 7 times and it makes me feel so awkward and I compare myself to her. I have brought it up to my bf but he just apologies and says it was an accident. He also gets annoyed because he hasn’t met my aunts/uncles but I very rarely speak to them so I don’t feel like this has any relevance to being called his ex’s name.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
