Sleep schedule HELP
So me and my baby have been on a super bad sleep schedule meaning not sleeping til 2am and sleeping til 1pm! I cannot continue to do this.
Naps at 5pm then naps around 8or9pm. Can we skip that naught time nap and maybe try to lay her down around 12 or so?
We really need to change our schedule and it’s been hard on both of us. She is 9 months old. I’ve tried baths but they seem to hype her up! Lol. Please any advice helps. I am struggling myself to wake up early to change it that way. So I just want to be sure if I can skip that nap if it’s okay?
