Cramping

So, long story short I haven’t had a period in a couple years, started loosing weight and got pregnant. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago and said I was still pretty early, and I had horrible cramping last night and decided to get checked today, but they still didn’t see anything, saw something but said I’m still pretty early. Dr said cramping could be a miscarriage, but also still be implantation cramps, or just cramping. She ordered stat HCG levels to see what they are. Had a positive pregnancy test on the 16th.

I feel sick to my stomach, I want this so badly but I feel like my luck sucks.

So I just don’t even know how far along I am. I’m so scared that my levels won’t be high or somethjng and cramping will lead to a miscarriage
