15 month old only sleeps when nursing

I am DESPERATE to wean my 15 month old. I'm pregnant and just can't take it anymore. I don't want to be touched and I'm so uncomfortable because my nipples are sore from the pregnancy. My toddler is nowhere near ready to quit nursing though. We have tried EVERYTHING to get her to sleep. She will not sleep in dad or moms arms, she won't be rocked or lulled, white noise doesn't work, she refuses pacifiers and bottles. We've tried leaving her to cry to see if she'll sleep but she'll cry and scream for an hour nonstop until one of us comes in. I'm at my witts end. I don't know what to do.
