Fluid around ovaries ??

I’m about 4 weeks, I’ve been bleeding for 5 days like a period and then light bleeding for 5 more days. The dr said they saw fluid around my left ovary where I have pain & that it can be etopic, early miscarriage, or the pregnancy is extra early. I’m afraid cause the pain hurts n I’m still bleeding. Also my hcg is at 85. Anyone have a similar experience? Idk what to think 😞

2 weeks ago, 6 days before my period I got a negative test but wen tested at the dr it’s positive today
