Ovulation
So apparently according to my app I'm 4dpo but done a ovulation test today because yesturday and today been having lower belly cramp (bit like period cramp) and lower back ache it turnt out it's peak..
Anyone else experience these cramps I usually know when I ovulate because it's located on one side but this is different
