Uti and light period? Warning: pad and tp with blood

Question!! Can a UTI make your period be lighter than normal?? Like, I started this morning. It was enough to turn the toilet water red, and got on the pad I put on. But over the past few hours, it’s gotten way lighter. Like, maybe a drop or two I’m the toilet when I pee and just enough to have some light red on the toilet paper when I wipe. Over the past few days I’ve experienced horrible nausea, headaches (which isn’t new for me,) and some mild swelling in hands and feet, plus a little bloating. Maybe some mild cramps yesterday and Monday. None today. (No complaints here 🤣) Here’s about what it looks like. Opinions?

I usually bleed heavy the first day or two. It’s like it started out then said “nah!” 🤣

Side note: I don’t THINK I’m pregnant but there is a possibility because I am sexually active. (I am on birth control and am aware that you can still get pregnant on it, too.) I really think it’s just a wacky period. 🤷🏻‍♀️
