UTI during pregnancy

I just finished my second round of antibiotics for a UTI. I’m 29 weeks and I have basically kept a uti my whole pregnancy which is odd because I’ve never had before now. I feel like my antibiotics aren’t working and I take hygiene very seriously so I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. My OB said it is just common in pregnancy but this discomfort is really annoying. Does anyone have tips or have the same experience?
