Any one out there with pudendal neuropathy or know of someone ?

I was recently diagnosed with pudendal neuropathy, I have no pain just genital numbness and parts of my butt. I am miserable I can no longer have orgasms like I used to if I do have one it takes me sooo long to get there and not as intense. I’m so worried it’s going to get worse and soon I won’t feel a thing, I haven’t started any type of treatment just Lyrica, I go back to see neurologist in 2 weeks and see what next step is. has anyone suffered from this or know someone that has this? And did they recover ? It’s so strange most people have pain with PN and I have zero pain just numbness, I don’t even know what caused it I just randomly started feeling pins and needles one day when I was sitting down and then the numbness came.
