Not at all! I never leaked with my first pregnancy and I breastfed for almost two years!

Breastmilk comes in approx 3-7 days after birth. When the placenta detaches from the uterine wall, it sends a signal to your breasts letting them know you need milk. 
Not leaking during pregnancy isn’t a sign you can’t breastfeed. The more you latch your baby, the more milk you’ll make. Supply = demand.

it’s normal for you not to leak, some do and some don’t. i didn’t leak throughout pregnancy and my milk came days later after i had my baby.

I’m currently nursing my 3rd. I leaked 0 times when I was pregnant with him.
I also almost never leaked with #1 and #2 (a quarter sized dot on one boob once or twice with each pregnancy) and I breastfed both for 15 months each.
Leaking means nothing, milk production starts after the placenta is detached.
