Allergies

Hello beautiful ladies this is my first time posting anything here so bare with me

So I have been with my fiancé for some time now and we have been trying to get pregnant but I had the IUD for 5 yrs before I met him. I took it out about a year after meeting him and decided to be together and form a family but we have not been able to get pregnant. The point of this post is to ask you all if any of you or if you know anyone that may have or is experiencing allergies for the first time in their life? can it be related to being pregnant? I took a pregnancy test last week ;it was negative but my allergies started on this past Sunday and they have only gotten worse twice to the emergency room and they still don’t know what is causing the allergic reaction they only gave me some medicine and sent me home. Any information would be greatly appreciated thank you
