Mine comfort fed randomly until 4-5 years. It is the norm where I’m from but clearly not the norm in the united states.

We're going 25 months strong. We're down to 5 mins every 3-4 days now because its just so painful while I'm pregnant with our second, and I'm not sure I'll have the energy for tandem feeding.

With my son we went to 13 months. I’d have gone longer but he weaned himself. After babies start eating solid foods it’s not as time consuming and life altering and I definitely enjoyed the bonding time as opposed to feeling chained to him because he needed me all the time.

My son stopped nursing at 18 months. He was down to before bed and when he woke by 14 months, and he basically weaned himself. I still miss it sometimes, but also happy to have my body back! 😊

I refused to continue after a year. She’s a year 8 months and probably would still be BF 😐

Still going at 17m and been working full time since she was 11m. Exclusively bf and never taken a bottle.
