Why do some people capitalize the first letter of every word in their sentence?

I have muted the ones I have seen do it - I can't make myself read it as my eyes feels like they are bleeding. But also asked why they do it and the most common answers are that they find it cute, unique, or that it's a habit.

I think there's an option for capitalize every word in my keyboard settings. Not like that makes it any less annoying but I don't think people are making every word do that on their own because if it was that much work they wouldn't do it.

I think it helps some people that have difficulty reading? Not necessarily dyslexia, but difficulty distinguishing one word from the next?
