White blood cells in semen??

My dh just had a SA at a 2nd clinic done and they found white blood cells in his semen the nurse says it's an infection it's really small amount, and he has to take doxycycline for ten days. Has anyone's dh had this I've read online that this can cause low motility n morphology n keep sperm from fertilizing eggs.

this is reaaalllly long time ago but did any of you fall pregnant? i found this news out today myself and at a loss if this is affecting our inability to get pregnant. Did antibiotics work? my husband is scheduling an appointment with a urologist when they open on Monday.
