What is this? Help

I'm not sure what this is and why it happen. I just noticed it today, pretty sure I didn't have it yesterday. It a small bump on my leg. I only feel it in the surface, I don't feel a ball underneath. Could it be some sort of bug bite? I have a smaller on my butt and other leg, I'm just worried coz this one is bigger. I was scratching it a bit

Does it itch, hurt, burn, feel like pound and needles?
I have a legit allergy to the cold and I get hives from it and they always start on my knees and arms. They look like bug bites at first because of how small and spread out they are but if I don't warm up they spread and get bigger.
I recommend you see your Dr over it. Better to find out it's just bugs than an allergy left untreated. I've gone into anaphylactic shock several times, it's a shitty situation to be in and can turn deadly quickly
