I’m 21 years old and stuck with toxic family

First thing first, I know I shouldn’t have went on someone else’s phone. I understand that. I messed up. But I’m really upset with how my mom and sister have been talking about me behind my back and I found these messages.

This one I want to explain myself. I was cleaning a guys house when his wife asked if I wanted to look through some clothes. They are the ones that took MY dog and put her in my sisters back yard when they know I don’t like it.

These they’re talking about me and my dad. My dad was actually in a ditch knocked out at this point from a car accident.

Apparently we need to grow up.

They don’t control me. Yet here she is saying she won’t let me go anywhere alone.

Am I overreacting? I really want to move in with my boyfriend at this point but last time I tried they showed up at his house three times that night. And four the next day until they got me home. What do I do?
