Varicose Veins

Anyone got varicose veins? I had some on the front of my calf just below my knees but they’ve got so much worse since being pregnant. I’m now getting some come up in the bottom of my calf. I hate it I’m so self conscious about it and I’m only just coming up to 17 weeks! Is anyone else struggling with this? It’s summer here and I can’t wear skirts and dresses because I’m so self conscious about them 😢 hoping to get them sealed off after I give birth but still so upset by them
