Does this mean it’s working?
Hey guys, so my hormones have been out of whack for a while now and my nutritionist recommended I try Vitex because I’m not ovulating. Not only that but I’ve been having strange spotting every few weeks. Well I’ve been taking it for almost two months and I’ve noticed the spotting has stopped and breasts have become a bit firmer. Does this sound like it’s working?? I mean I can’t complain that the spotting is gone.
