Lip tie?

This might be stupid, but how do I know if my bub has a lip tie?

My baby has a tongue tie which is similar and pediatrician stopped by the day he was worn and diagnosed it before I noticed. But my sister in law had a lip tie with her baby and she knew because he couldn't latch well and wasn't able to eat that well because of it. Her son had it to do a laser removal but for my son the doctor simply snipped it. I guess it depends on how severe it is

Tough time eating, lol not going completely around nipple of bottle or breast. I’ll attach a photo of my sons before we had it lasered
