Ultrasound help

I had an ultrasound last week just so my doctor could show me the heartbeat. Today I had the full length ultrasound. They did an abdominal and a transvaginal. The tech seemed more interested in my ovaries than the baby. I asked the tech if we could hear the heartbeat, she said maybe with the transvaginal. But when we got that far she never showed us. We were then told to wait in the waiting area for the radiologist. 15 minutes later, she came back out saying my doctor wanted to see me at 2:15. The only thing I can think of is that they are going to tell us our baby is dead or there is something wrong with an ovary... Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm worried sick.
