Spotting after orgasm

Hoping someone can shed some light on this. I may bring it up to the doctor. I am 30 years old. I have been sexually active for about 10 years but have dyspareunia of unknown causewhich has made sex difficult. I never before orgasmed but also never masturbated before . In the past few months I started using vibrating toys for clitoral stimulation, nothing internal. I have been able to orgasm this way and am squirting (not sure if this matters) either the same day or the next I have had a small amount of spotting. Has anyone had a similar experience? Spotting after orgasm from external stimulation only?
