Am I overreacting? Super irritated.

Husband went to store to pick up birthday decorations and cake for our soon to be 4 year olds party. Our birthday boy requested floaty birthday balloons and I told husband where they do it in store. He calls while he's waiting for them and he got 10 black balloons. Who gets black balloons for a 4 year old?!? I'm like it's a kids party, come on! Then, he sends a pic of the cake and it doesn't have frosting or any decorations on it. Why is this so difficult for him...just grab a freaking chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (birthday boy requested). Black balloons!!!!!!! Grrrrrr
