C section scar and pregnancy

Hi guys. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and 15 months post partum from having my daughter by emergency c section. I was cleaning and all of a sudden I kept getting extremely sharp pains in my c section scar, where I had to sit down. The pain had me feeling like it ripped open; even had me checking for blood. I looked at my scar and it’s red around it with the literal scar looking purple, when it normally looks light red. It looks and feels extremely irritated. What could this be? Is it a cause for concern ?
