Concerns or just some discomfort
Hello! I so appreciate your time and constructive feedback. Going to be as brief as possible here, but I can add/comment more detail! On mobile so hopefully formatting turns out okay.
30f pregnant for the second time. Healthy (no medical history besides the previous pregnancy) 24 weeks along. Weighing around 115 lbs.
Concerns:
- tailbone pain
- tight/sore/pain/tired belly after any amount of any activity. Usually resolves within 10-30 minutes of rest.
- tired pelvic floor after long walks or sometimes any activity
- only feel movements while laying
- pelvic floor definitely getting weaker AEB harder to hold urine and other things.(trying to avoid over explaining unless necessary)
- diastsis recti with conning
Questions:
- is this just normal 2nd time, being 30, post 4th degree tear stuff
- is there a concern for preterm labor for any reason(s)
- is there a concern for carrying to term
Other details:
1st baby was 3 years ago exactly... Both due in October! (Not planned but loving it.) Had a 4th degree tear with baby number 1. I was very active with baby 1 and had none of these issues with active, belly discomfort, or pelvic issues.
Midwife ordered chiropractic and PT care. Waiting for call from chiropractor. The only pelvic PT in the state called and they're booked through November 8th (reminder I'm due October 22nd)
Also she also instructed me to wear a support belt frequently which has greatly helped. I was only wearing occasionally when extra active or whenever in pain.
