What have you ladies been measuring around 18 weeks?

I am just curious. I am 19 weeks today, last appointment was last Friday at 18+4 and my uterus measured 22.5cm. This is baby number 4 for me, so it could just be that my body is getting ahead of its self. I measured 11cm at my 13 week appointment. I did not have an early scan or early blood work so I don't know what my early numbers were. I also gain 10lbs in 5 weeks and didn't think I was eating THAT much ,LOL!!! Just got my curiosity spiked that there could be more than one in there. I will now for sure in a week and a half when I have my anatomy scan. Thanks for sharing ladies!
