Similar experiences??

So 3 days ago, I tested with FMU and received a vvvvfl. Then yesterday morning, I tested again and it was a bit darker. Well today, I go to the doctors office (around 345pm) and they said my preg test was vvvvfl. They’re running blood work to see what’s going on but I’m freaking out! I had a chemical pregnancy last month so I’m very worried that it’s happening again 😭

My blood work went all the way to nothing before this positive. So it’s not leftover HCG.
