Nipt gender wrong?

Okay so I thought I was 11 weeks pregnant but my ob didn’t do an ultra sound to confirm before I had the nipt, so she said if it turns out I’m less than 9weeks I’ll have to get my blood taken again because results may not be accurate. So turns out I was 5 and 1/2 weeks at the time my blood was taken. But my results came back for the nipt and my midwife says that means I just have a strong baby, she said if it wasn’t accurate it would’ve came back inconclusive, but I only had 4% fetal matter, so I’m just confused. It said female for the gender but could it be too early? I went to an obgyn at a hospital for my blood work but i have a midwife now
