1st IUI failed?

I’m so confused. I just did my first IUI. We have male factor infertility. I took a test 14dpo and there was a very faint line. I was advised to take another test the next day and then go in for blood work. The test had another faint line again. I did the blood work and it came out negative? I’m so confused and upset. Do you guys think this was a chemical pregnancy? My period is late now and doesn’t feel like it’s coming. I’m not crazy! There was lines on all 3 tests. 🥺
