Paranoid FTM

So I posted on here a few days ago how I ate some of the Tyson chicken product that was recently recalled for poss listeria. The bag I had was not within the recall date thank goodness but I have eaten this type a couple times in the past few months and the manufacturer date was between December 2020 and April of 2021. I’ve always cooked the chicken thoroughly when eating it but of course I hear the word “listeria” and start panicking, as I know it can take months for symptoms to appear. I spoke with my OB about it and she said I’m most likely fine especially since I’m not sick and since I’ve always cooked it all the way through. Has anyone else ever been possibly exposed to listeria during pregnancy and been okay? It’s the one big fear I’ve had this entire time.
