Sleeping propped up on your left side helps the most with circulationHaving a fan running helps as wellYou can also raise your arms above your head to stretch your chest more and making a bit more room for your lungsI don't know much else that can help but when I was pregnant I used to sleep in the lazy boy my MIL had in the living room. My feet would sometimes swell if I didn't prop them up but it was worth itTrouble breathing is so terrible I'm sorry you're struggling with it
Breech baby rib pain
Can someone helllppppp meeee my baby is breech (34 weeks) and her head is right under my right rib cage and I can not breathe when I lay down 😫 I’ve tried using multiple pillows but i either feel short of breath or rib pain. I have no idea how to ease this. I told my ob today and all she said was that she may schedule a c section and I have an ultrasound the 19th of July. But.. like that doesn’t help me now with my problems 🤦🏻♀️ I feel like my rib cage is bruised or something and no I will not take medicine because I hate relying on medicine.. and plus meds won’t help my shortness of breath
