Yeast issues...

So I am wondering why people get yeast infections and what they can do to prevent them.

Like I don’t know if I’m not treating it all the way but there’s been like barely a month since the last yeast infection I had and I found out today I have another one.

What can I do? I use Monastat 3 day to treat this shit. But last time I guess it didn’t work all the way and I could kind of tell it didn’t go away all the way. So again what do I do to prevent this shit. I usually pee after sex/when I take care of my business. I’m at a loss
