Swollen and raw lady bits

I have been so incredibly swollen down there since Saturday, which I know is common at this stage of pregnancy but didn’t happen with my other two. But as it got to be itchy and burn by the end of the day I went ahead and went to doctor just in case it was an infection or something. He swabbed me for yeast infection but bc there is no discharge he thinks it’s just getting incredibly irritated by wiping and what not by end of day. I just took a shower and used a washcloth and bar of soap to clean down there and apparently I was not gentle enough because it is on FIRE. I just peed and literally jumped up and screamed- it feels completely raw. My heart rate still hasn’t gone back down and that was minutes ago. Has this happened to anyone? Any tips?
