C section

Weird question but I thought I’d ask for info on this topic before bring it up to my ob. This is my second pregnancy, with my first I gained a lot of weight and after my c section I was left with a ton of extra skin and a kangaroo pouch. My ob has just informed me that I will have to have a c section again and will hopefully be able to get a tubal. My question is, is there anyway during my c section they can do something to prevent the appearance of my lose skin and “kangaroo pouch”
