HELP ASAP, RESPOND ASAP PLEASE!

yesterday i had unprotected sex w my bf and he came inside of me. i got tested (full panel) earlier yesterday as well just to be up to date w testing not bc i had symptoms of anything, today i took an ella pill (plan b). i just wiped after using the restroom and i see this stretchy clear discharge like ovulation discharge w a yellow tint to it but a yellow tint i’ve never saw w this discharge and idk if i should be alerted about it??? i’ve never experienced this color of discharge out of all the times my bf has came inside me. could it be from me taking ella considering the fact this is my first time take that version of emergency conceptive or from my bf?
