Could I be pregnant???

11dpo and have had lower abdomen cramping for the past 3-4 days. It hasn’t gone at all. Af is due in 1-3 days and I never usually have this before af is due. Have also been going very clammy and hot at nights but cold to touch. Feeling slightly sick sometimes.

Had a test that looked positive but that was just after the time limit and everyone was saying it’s an evap line. Are any of these things indicators that I could actually be pregnant!?
