Her first daughter has 2 middle names so they want to stick with that theme. She likes Pauline Kay, but needs suggestions for a second middle name?
Both names are after grandparents, the third name is a freebie! Lol

I think Pauline Kay would make a great middle name combination, I think something classic for a first name would be a nice option instead of a second middle name💕
