PCOS bleeding 2 weeks after period

I had a period and I’ve been spotting for the pat 3 days like pinkish brown / reddish. The only time I spotted was 4 years ago like a very dark brown color & that how i found out i had PCOS . I’m trying to see if this could be that or pregnancy. but i don’t want to test yet
