Pregnant or paranoid?

May 26th I had sex day after my period ended. I took a test June 16th and 19th both negative. Got my period June 19th-22/23 it filled up tampons but I’m nervous it was just because I am on the pill so it happened bcuz of that not bcuz of my period. Everybody told me I wasn’t pregnant but now I’m feeling dizzy my stool has been different and not myself is there a chance? I’m on the combo pill and the guy pulled out..
