Nipple Flow

We are slowly introducing my ebf 3 month old to a bottle to prepare for when I return to work. I accidentally bought the size 1 nipples (slow flow) before I realized there was an even smaller size 0 (first flow). We are doing paced bottle feeding. Do you think it will be okay to use size 1? I want her to be able to take a bottle while I'm working, but continue to nurse when I am with her.
