Oral advice needed

My boyfriend try eating me out but said I tasted different and couldn't do it cuz of it. Normally I don't have a taste to him, what he said. He also mentioned I looked darker than normal too.

Anyone have any idea why this might have happen? Any chance I just need a shower or is pH related? 😅 His the only guy who I've been with willing and normally likes doing it to please me. So he not making an excuse.
