I swear I see something

Okay so took a test today on the test says it can be read as early as two minutes but can be read 2-10 minutes I am pretty sure I was in that time limit it was not long but i swear i see a positive. I threw up again last night with chicken and I love chicken. I'm still late I have pcos but have normal monthly periods. I started metformin and ovulated. Period is late but wondering if pcos affects pregnancy tests as well I mean it affects hormones so why not pregnancy hormones as well. Does anyone else see a faint +++???
