I was extremely happy with my body.
I’m now 7 months postpartum and sitting at 159.

It just depends on your build and BMI. Like I'm 5'6 and 135, and I consider myself a bit flabby. 130 is ideal personally. I was 150 last year after having my son and it looked heavy for me because I have a short torso. But I have a friend who is also 5'6 and she's close to 150lbs and it's mostly muscle.

It really depends. You can look at a BMI chart and figure it out but there’s a lot of instances where they are faulty based on muscle mass. Are your labs all normal? Do you have any health issues? Are you comfortable at 150?

I’m 5’6” 125lbs and I think of myself as pretty fit. (But I’m 6.5 months pregnant at the moment and have gained over 30lbs so far) But for my body and frame, I would look a bit larger at 150lbs.    I don’t know—I don’t think any of this is a once size fits all🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m 5’3”.  My family doctor is/was also my mother’s, aunt’s, grandmother(s) family doctor.  Though my height says I should be around 120lbs, he’s been seeing me since I was a toddler and says 150-160lbs would be best for me given who I take after.  I’ve been overweight since puberty and, I feel he’s both honest and realistic.
