Anyone have any tips on how to inject clexane?

I’m absolutely beyond terrified of needles (can’t even do a blood draw without a mild panic attack) and don’t want to let down my baby before they’re even here :(

Midwife has offered to do them for me every day but the hospital is a 20 minute drive from mine and I really can’t afford the fuel and parking everyday

Any tips on how to do it or make it not hurt would be amazing 🥺
