Not sure if I even ovulated - Late Period

Hello. So I have skipped periods in the past but this year my period has been happening every month and pretty much the same week every month. I did a ton of testing in January, I don't have any hormonal issues or PCOS. And had an endoscopy and everything looked good.

When I did my OPKs this round, they went from low to high but never a peak. I did this for a full 2 weeks starting on CD 8 or 9. I assumed i didn't ovulate or it was too low to detect a peak. My apps are saying my period should've started Sun or today but I haven't gotten my usual symptoms. No cramps, vaginal or pelvic pain, slight nausea, nothing. But yesterday I saw very light spotting and this morning. A faint pink.

I took a pregnancy test last Fri and Sun, they were both negative. Should I be continuing to take pregnancy tests and if so, when should I call it that I'm not pregnant?
