SILs vent 😒

Soo about two years ago, I started planning these “girls days”, to bond more with my SILs. Each month one of us would plan a day, we’d play games, drink, bonfires, out to dinners etc.. well after awhile I seemed to be the only one planning them so I stopped doing it. Between that time we ended up planning a vacation trip to Florida, for the following year. We each put in $800 for a beach house. Well not long after they started inviting their friends! It ticked me off. I was suppose to be a SIL trip. It got up to 8 people. I decided I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go. I started ivf and I’ve been drained, also don’t want to share a room with anyone and I have a hard time sleeping. We have a new puppy and a 5 year old which makes it hard for me to even leave for a week. I ended up telling the main person, I will not be going to Florida about 5 months in advance and asked for my money back. She told me to wait that I’d probably change my mind. I kept saying I don’t want to go anymore, and she said well you need to find a replacement then. UHM if I don’t even want to go, how the heck can I find anyone else wanting to go. I pretty much let it all go that I was losing out on a vacation and my $800, until this morning she seriously asked me if I could work for her the week she’s in Florida. I’m livid! That’s sooo rude. On top of that she bought her husband and my husband concert tickets for that same damn week. It’s all very unfair. Rant over😤
