IVF/ICSI for PCOS and 1% morphology

I am about to start meds for our first IVF cycle after 6 failed IUI cycles and TTC for 4 years. We had one loss at 6 weeks from the first IUI and no other pregnancies.

I have borderline PCOS but my cycles are pretty regular, my AMH is high and I have no other issues. My husband has low morphology at 1% but a decent sperm count so our doctor thinks a ICSI will make this a non issue.

Looking for any success stories from couples with similar stats! We know to guard our hearts after 4 years of this but we are praying IVF works for us. We have 3 cycles covered per live birth so if it doesn’t work within 3, we are totally screwed. They will never cover it again if one of the first 3 don’t work. We want 2 kids but will be elated just for one healthy child. Soooo nervous.
