Almost 10 months PP with PCOS. Normal?

Hello ladies!
I had my LO Sept 18th, 2020 nearly 10 months ago.
I was diagnosed with PCOS a year prior. I had my first period May 9-15th and it was your average cycle.
I’m now currently CD 67 and I’ve cramped for nearly a month but no AF. 
Any advice?

It's not uncommon with PCOS to miss periods or they come late.

I had my daughter 3 months ago and have yet to get my period but have been having horrible cramps/backaches. Went to my OB since I’m not breastfeeding he said I should have gotten it by now. He’s doing bloodwork to check my thyroid. Could be worth asking your doctor to check!
