14 month old doesn't climb

OK so I didn't even think twice about this until I started to chat to some mums with babies the same age.

My 14th month old doesn't try and climb anything. She crawled early (5 months) and was walking at a year. If I encourage her she will climb the stairs but she isn't interested in it.

We have low furniture and she never tries to climb it. I put cushions on the floor or my legs out or something and she doesn't seem to get what to do. She doesn't try and climb.

Is this a problem we need to work on or is it just her natural preference?
