My husband and I have been together for 5 years and we have an ok sex life style I would say. At the beginning of our relationship I used to give him a lot of blowjobs and handjobs, but then stopped when I realized he wasn’t returning the favor. This was about 4 years ago. We’ve talked about it since, but I just don’t think he has the same sex drive as me. this is exactly what happend in our marriage. at the beginning I used to do it all the time and then I stopped because he would hardly ever do it to me. Well we've been married 9 years now and about 5 months ago I started to do it again and it has definitely increased our sex life for the better, it sucks that I have to work extra harder though cause he still dosnt return the favor but I dont mind so much as long as i get some sex lol. plus i enjoy pleasing him so I really dont mind I should have never stopped. 
so to answer your question I do it about 2-3 times a week.
