Low amniotic fluid

I had a growth scan done at 33 weeks Tuesday and my ob called me yesterday saying baby is in the 50th percentile (I was told she weighed 4lbs 15oz) but he said my amniotic fluid was at a 3 :/ I do have velamentous cord insertion and chronic hypertension so I’m always on edge. I’ve never had this before and I’m unsure what to do with this info. I already drink like a fish so idk how to “up” my intake 😭 I have to have nst done twice a week now as well and have another growth scan done. :/ anyone with the same situation have any advice??
